“Our Service Agreement to You”
A minimum of 2 visits per year for residential and 4 visits per year for our commercial accounts: Once in the fall to evaluate your heating equipment and once in the spring for your cooling equipment. More frequent visits may be necessary depending on how your equipment is used, or if your equipment is in a particularly dirty/dusty environment.
Our promise:
Discounts: 15% On all parts and labor for repairs.
Seasonal Maintenance: Done during our normal business hours and in the "off-season".
Increased Equipment Life: Properly maintained equipment lasts longer, saving you money!!!
Lower Utilities: Properly maintained heating and cooling equipment has lower operating cost than non-maintained equipment, saving you money!!!
Emergency Service: At discount rate!
Priority Service: You'll be serviced ahead of everyone else who has called.
Increased Comfort: Properly maintained equipment cools better, heats better and dehumidifies better.
Provides Documentation: To potential buyers of your home that the heating/cooling equipment has been kept maintained and is in good operating condition.
Inflation Protection: You can pay today’s rate for maintenance up to three years in advance.
Automatic Renewal: No need to sign up every year. This agreement is annually renewable upon payment or canceled for non-payment.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: This agreement can be cancelled at any time for any reason, with the unused portion of your dues refunded

Clean and adjust burner assembly
Clean ignition assembly
Clean heat exchanger or elements
Monitor flue draft
Monitor refrigerant pressure
Test starting capabilities
Test safety controls
Clean and adjust blower components
Measure for correct air flow
Inspect, clean or change air filters
Tighten electrical connections
Measure volts/amps
Lubricate all moving parts
Adjust thermostat calibration
Clean evaporator coil if accessible
Clean condenser coil
Clean condensate drains
Measure temperature difference
